Nakoda Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a satisfactory experience for our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of subscriptions and requests for refunds for our Supportom.com (SaaS) product (the "Supportom").

1. Cancellation of Subscription

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are prepaid for the entire subscription term. You may cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your annual subscription, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are provided in accordance with the terms outlined in section 1.2 above. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
